1 lb macaroni (any pasta would work)
1 onion
1 1/2 lb ground turkey or beef (I always have cooked frozen)
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can italian diced tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- Boil the pasta, drain.
- Chop the onion and saute in the pot you just cooked the pasta in until it starts to turn brown in spots.
- Add ground turkey or beef, tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
- Add the pasta to the tomato mixture.
- Stir well and add the parmesan.
- Serves 8
